Uniform EVO

Uniform Evo – the evolution of Wilfa's award-winning coffee grinder

The Uniform Evo is an advanced version of Wilfa’s best-selling and award-winning Uniform coffee grinder. Developed in collaboration with professional baristas, this grinder ensures maximum precision, flavor, and control. Whether you're brewing espresso, filter coffee, or prefer manual methods like pour-over or Aeropress.

Flat burrs for optimal grind quality

Uniform Evo features 64 mm wide flat burrs in stainless steel. These deliver uniform particle size, crucial for extracting the best flavor from your coffee beans. Flat burrs also offer better consistency compared to conical burrs, which is essential for both espresso and filter coffee.

The grinder operates slowly, minimizing heat build-up and preserving the coffee's natural aromas and oils. This is especially important for flavor quality, as high heat can reduce complexity in taste.

41 grind settings + 10 micro-adjustments: One grinder for every brew method

Uniform Evo offers 41 main grind settings and 10 micro-adjustments for added precision. Gain full control over your grind for:

Turkish coffee

Espresso

Aeropress

Pour-over

Filter coffee

French press

Boiled coffee

This level of precision makes it a versatile grinder suitable for both beginners and coffee enthusiasts seeking total control over their brewing process.

Grind directly into the espresso portafilter

The Uniform Evo includes adapters for 51–53 mm and 58 mm portafilters*, allowing you to grind directly into the portafilter**. This provides a seamless brewing experience and makes it easy to prepare barista-quality espresso at home.

Integrated precision scale: Perfect dosing every time

The lid of the Uniform Evo doubles as a digital precision scale (Uni), with 0.1-gram accuracy and a capacity of up to 2 kg. This lets you weigh your coffee beans directly before grinding, ensuring consistent flavour and the ideal coffee-to-water ratio.

The Uni scale is an invaluable and stylish kitchen tool, ideal for weighing coffee beans, preparing pour-over coffee, or measuring baking and cooking ingredients. It's also perfect to take with you to the cabin, forest, or mountains for a great cup of coffee anywhere.

Key features of the Uni scale include:

Tare function for resetting weight after placing a container

Timer function for precise brewing time

Rechargeable battery via USB-C (approx. 20 hours of use)

Included silicone mat to reduce temperature fluctuation effects on accuracy

Connect to the Wilfa Svart App for full control

Via Bluetooth, you can connect the scale to the Wilfa Svart app, which guides you to the perfect coffee-to-water brewing ratio. The app gives you control over both time and quantity, down to the last drop.
