The name Alex Duetto comes from its capacity to manage separately both steam and coffee with a dual boiler system. It can work with a water tank or it can be connected directly to the water net with an automatic drainpipe. It is equipped with an E61 group, a professional and noiseless and a thermo regulation managed by a PID with an elegant red illuminated display. The Mahlkönig X54 next generation espresso grinder features a perfect synergy of premium espresso grinding technology and pioneering features, designed to meet the highest demands of coffee professionals.

Please note that this machine is set to run with the boilers alternating their heat cycle. It Is also possible to run this machine with the boilers running simultaneously, which would require a 20 Amp circuit. This machine can be run on 15 or 20 amps. Please confirm when purchasing if you would like a 15 Amp adapter.

Warning: These instructions allow the user to change the machine from 15 amp to 20 amp mode. This should only be done if a 20 amp circuit is available. Operating the machine in 20 amp mode on a 15 amp circuit poses a serious fire hazard and should never be done.
