Always the optimal temperature. To get the best aroma from the coffee, the boiler maintains the ideal brewing temperature of 92º to 96ºC.

Hand Brew Inspired. The blooming function gently pre-brews the coffee and dissolves the CO2 - optimally allowing the coffee to develop its full bodied aroma.

Descaling made easy. Descaling the smart way: Simply enter the water hardness for your area once and the coffee machine will tell you when it is time for the next descaling.
